My dog was sick and was treated. Is she fully recovered?

Hi! My 14months old dog was very sick and according to the Vet she had a miscarriage and an infection because of the foul smell vaginal discharge..she was very sick fo almost three weeks..couldn’t barely got up and drunk lost of water..and worst had lost her appetite. Afte two days of giving her antiobiotics and still not eating, the vet decided to have her dextrosed. Her condition seem to improve (after 1000ml of dextrose and antiobiotics). She can move around and is eating. But I have observed that she’s not quite herself after the treatment). She used to be a very hyperactive dog but now she is slowing down. Before, she likes the outdoor more than the indoor but now, the opposite. Her bevahiour changed. Is this normal? Is she fully recovered? Lately, I have observed her licking herself, many times..on her vagina, on her feet and paws, on the floor..I have noticed vaginal discharge again. What is happening to her? I hope anyone can enlighten me and give me some advice.

Sounds like she has a uterine infection called pyometra. She needs to be spayed to remove the uterus and ovaries. If she is still sick, she needs to go back to the vet.
