trying to help friend locate a holistic Vet?

My friend absolutely will not vaccinate her two inside-only cats because her old cat got a cancer related to vaccinations. Her cats are now 15 years old and have never had a single shot since the other cat died when they were all 2 years old. I have tried and tried and she absolutely will not do it, end of story, so please don’t try to tell me they need shots, because there just isn’t any way it’s ever going to happen. The problem is, she had one vet that would give her cats checkups and stuff anyways as a personal favor, but he retired and no other vet will take an unvaccinated animal. I believe holistic vets will take them, as they aren’t too hot on vaccines either. Can someone please steer me to a site to locate one that can run blood tests and take x-rays and things? Also any info on whether they’ll take her cats in appreciated
