Should a dog in heat sleep in your bed?

My little fox terrior (2years old) is in heat. I just got her and up until now I’ve only had male dogs. So I don’t know if I should kick her out of bed while she’s in heat or just suck it up… What do you typically do when your dogs are in heat?

If you don’t mind blood all over your sheets.
If it were me, I’d have her sleep on the floor or her WASHABLE pillow.
