Heartworm Treatment For Dogs
Alternative dog heartworm treatments ?
I have a small 4 1/2 year old lab/jack Russell. I found out he has heartworms, anyway the estimate for the treatment along with the chest X-ray is $500. We don’t mind doing it, but we know that if he gets excited he will die. Is there another treatment that won’t kill him?? He is very excitable. I don’t want the heartworms to get too long in the process of any slow herbal medicines , or die of having worms clot his arteries due to his excitableness. . Please let me know. Thanks
Do the heart worm treatment. It does not matter. The worms always have a chance of moving whether you are doing a herbal remedy or the extensive remedy.
I have fostered many dogs which had to have heart worm treatment. None of them died. Every single one of my fosters were highly excitable.
It is a risk you take either way.
