How does pet health insurance work?
Is it like human health insurance where most of the time they will not cover pre-existing conditions?
My cat has epilepsy and the seizures are becoming more frequent recently. The Vet told us before that there is a medication they can try to give her to stop the seizures. Problem is, it’s very very expensive and would be a daily thing.
So, if we were to get insurance for her now, could we then take her to the vet so the medication would be covered by the insurance?
