Is $19.99 too much to ask for a Halti Head-Collar for a 43-pound Mutt?

At Pet Supplies “Plus” where I shop for my pets, a Halti Head-Collar is $19.99. Do you think that is too much to pay? A deal? Or normal price? If you have one, how much did you pay for it? Thank You!

Wal-mart has a perfectly acceptable knock-off for about $7. I’ve used a Gentle Leader and the Walmart type for my strong, 50+ lb. pit and there is very little difference. Mainly the webbing is slightly wider. I actually prefer the Walmart one, because the thinner webbing of the Gentle Leader rubbed my dog’s snout too hard. If I recall correctly, the brand is “Pet Champions” like this harness. (They don’t have the head collar online.) Medium would be the correct size for your dog.
