Dog experts: Does this Fila seem fearful?

I was looking at this video, and noticed that there’s a fawn dog with a red harness from 4:35-7:49 that demonstrates what I believe is fear aggression. Am I right?
WHOOPS!

They’re all fearful. most of the new aged popular over night gigantic mastiff mutts are (Filas, Caucasians, some assorted others).

The only ones who have a stable number of quality working dogs (stable and level headed dogs who bite out of dominant aggession/social drive/fighting drive and not defense) are some Presa Canario and some Dogo Argentino.

I’d walk into that yard with a walking cane and no protective equipment and I bet my bare naked skin I’d walk out without a scratch. Fear biters RUN when their pressure thresholds are surpassed. Dogs who bite in social drive do not.

-edit- Oh forgot to mention how to tell these dogs are fearful. An extremely noisy dog (a dog who growls and screams before and during biting) is a fearful dog. Some people want a dog to be completely silent on the sleeve/suit…I don’t feel that a little growling during a bite means anything but all that screaming = “I’m trying to scare you away so I don’t have to bite you, I’m so unsure of myself!”. I’m not old but I’m old school, and any old school man will tell you the dangerous ones are the quiet ones. Those who talk loud = Those with the most insecurities. Same goes for those quasi-protection/guard mutts.
