Pet Grooming?

I have two Old English Sheepdogs and it’s fairly expensive to take them two the groomers and have them shaved two or three times a year, can I go buy some shears and do it myself or is it to hard to do ?

With a little practice you can do it yourself. I’ve been grooming my own dogs for 10 years now and have saved the cost of the clippers many times over. It is worth it. Just make sure you purchase a quality set of clippers and blades to begin with. These will set you back $100 plus but are well worth the money. I have a set like this:

I purchased them over 10 years ago and still have and use them.

Ask your groomer which size blades they use on your dogs so you will know which ones are best to buy.
