Grooming Comb

Grooming kit information is needed so can i please have help?

I feel stupid asking but could my questions please be answered:
1)- Which is taller, the flick brush or dandy brush?
2)- Which is bigger, the mane or tail comb?
3)- What is the flick brush for?

1) The sizes can always differ. Generally, the flick brush is bigger and the bristles are longer and stronger.
2) Mane and tail brush are the same?! But you can get loads of different types of brush and comb so who knows!
3) The flick brush is generally used on stable kept horses to get the fine particles of dust out of their coats. The dandy brush has thicker bristles so is used to remove mud/dirt/grease from the coat (generally used on grass kept horses). You aren’t supposed to use the dandy brush on the tail/mane because the thick bristles will break the hairs, and you shouldn’t use it on their face or lower legs either.

I hope my answer helps, although to be honest I was under the impression that the flick brush and dandy brush are almost identical!
