When Would I Need To Register My Green Dot Card?

I got a green dot card this week and put money in it but I don’t need to use it for a month or so and to avoid paying the monthly fee I was going ot register it next month, is that okay?

Do I need to register right away? When do they start charging monthly fees?

The meter started running when you first loaded money on it. Registering right away is a good idea. You’ll get the real one with your name on it sooner, and you’ll be able to make a claim if your card is stolen.
