Furminator Medium

Does anybody have experience with the Furminator and a Pomeranian?

I have read countless articles where people state that the Furminator doesn’t work on their Pomeranian. I don’t know if the Furminator is intended for medium to short haired dogs.

I have a furminator and it does not work well on my poms. A groomer reccomended another tool that works wonderfully.
It is called the Mat breaker professional dematting tool by Comfy Pet. It was 21$ at Petco and well worth the $.
Use the tool about once a week, not too often or it can damage the undercoat.
