is it normally that after using Frontline Spot On, the fleas are falling off my puppy alive?

or did i mess up with the application? if yes, how soon can i reapply?
i bring my puppy to work and after another workmate starting bringing his… this problem began.

They are falling off alive, but they will be dead soon; the poison just hasn’t killed them all the way yet.
