Flashing Dog Collar

HELP i have a collar that is suppose to make dogs stop barking but its not working the goof keep barking help?

i c the red lite flash so i know it working is the dog retarded?

I laughed when I read your question because I thought we had the only stupid dog that didn’t respond to these collars. My dog barks more – he actually barks AT the collar when it beeps and then shocks him. As for the responses that these are cruel, our Vet is the one who recommended the collar for us and it was approved by the SPCA. Doesn’t work for us though. I feel your pain! If you find something that DOES work, PLEASE save us by emailing me. : )
