Fence Shock
Neighbors just put up an electric fence between our yards. Does a survey need to be done first?
This mean drunk put up a fence to shock our dogs AND IT WORKED! I can’t find my little dachshund after he got shocked. He may be hurt extremely bad. We even let him use 1 acre of our land for his horses.
I think there has to be a survey done before any fence is put up between 2 properties. Am I right?
The survey stakes are probably there…the fence can be run on the line. Your dog will not be hurt…I live on a farm and electric fencing will shock, not hurt. If you live where you can have a horse, then you must be in a rural area, so that sort of fencing is allowed. Just because you do not know where your line is, does not mean he does not know where his line is….that is your responsibility to have your land surveyed not up to him to tell you.
