I mayyy get a dog soon, Ive wanted one since forever, and I really want to be ready.
So heres a few questions for you already dog owners. help me out? thanks

How tall does a fence need to be to contain a medium sized dog?
Where can I get a pet ID tag…metal and engraved with a name?
What is the best budget [by this I mean not outrageously expensive organic fancy-schmancy stuff] Dog Food brand I can get at petco/ a supermarket? [wet and dry food please]
How much wet food does a dog need in comparison to dry food? Must a dog have wet food with every meal, every day?
How many meals must a dog have a day?
How can I “dog-proof” my house?
My house is super duper clean. Is it possible to have a dog and a clean house? How so?
How often should I give my dog a bath? Is there special pet shampoo?
What about nail clipping or teeth brushing? Are these necessities?

many places sell the tags in store & on-line-get micro chipped also
Blue Buffalo or Natural Balance
no need for wet food at all – only feed dry food
depends on size of dog but 2 meals a day is best
way too answers for this question –look up online for lists
if you can’t take having dog hair &having dirt tracked in & doggy odor in your home then a dog is not for you.
once a month – start with puppy shampoo then hypo as an adult – pet products only, never use ppl products on pets
nails trimming depends on the length of your dog’s nails – monthly is best – teeth brushed weekly by you but again depends on individual dog & his teeth as to condition & food etc.

Do not forget additional costs like yearly Vet exams, heartworm meds, flea meds, grooming appts – all which are needed regardless of which dog you pick.
