My parents have never let me bring a pet into our house as they knew that I would look after the pet for the first couple of days and then get fed up of it. I used to get really irritated ‘cos almost all of my friends had a dog/cat as a pet. I really love animals , especially dogs but I don’t have enough time to look after them, they need a lot of time and it’s not fair for them to be left alone all day… now I understand why my parents never let me have one.
