What’s a better de-worming treatment for dog? Comparing Drontal and Canex, which is better for small puppies

My puppy Shih Tzu has tape worm and I am waiting for test result to see if other worms exist. I want to buy some dewormer. Can’t decide which brand. I see Drontal and Canex everywhere. Are they good?

Vets will use Droncit with Praziquantel . The Droncit is for hook and round. Praziquantel is for tape. It is also available otc. Praziquantel will only work on tape.
