Why do so many women especially in small towns dress bad?

I live in a small town and being a woman I try and dress like a woman. But I see way too many women who are out and about wearing backwards sweatpants, dirty clothes, no makeup, greasy hair, pajama pants. Its gross, when did women quit dressing like women?

ew. where do you live? im from a small town (i live in the city now) but no one in my town fits that description. if anything, small town women are trying to live beyond their means. they dress UP for the grocery store- im from the south though. most women don’t garden without makeup.
