What breeds of toy or small dogs are good natured, friendly, and not jumpy?

I’m looking to get a toy or Small Dog, I like yorkies so thats one of my options. I don’t want a yappy one that is very jumpy and it has to be a very friendly natured dog. Any good breeds?
