My male dog likes to piss on my female dogs food, what causes that?

I have 2 dogs, Chrystal and Shanessey. Chrystal is the mother of Shanessey. She was born July 2004 and he was October 2005. I don’t know what is causing this problem. We have 2 cats, but they have their own food and the birds, they might eat her food. Could he be jeoulous?

He is showing dominance, he needs to be trained not to do this, when you catch him, you are gonna have to discipline the dog right then…and keep the food away from him…don’t let him go around it………
