I just bought the app of a dog whistle on my iTouch and i used it on my dog and my dog acted weird. i want to make sure it did not damage my dogs hearing.

no..i think your getting the sound confused with ultrasonic which is a sound that dogs can here as they are sensitive however humans can’t here them. Your dog was just interested as to what the new sound was.
