Can I bring my dog to UK without quarantine?

I am in Czech Republic. My dog has PET EU passport and he fitted with a microchip on Aguste 4. He vaccinated against rabies on 25/01/2008.

Also I have an official record of the result of a serological test for him, carried out on a sample taken on Aguste 04, and tested in an EU-approved laboratory which states that the rabies neutralizing antibody titre was greater than 0.5 IU/ml.

At the mean time I arranged for treating my dog for ticks and tapeworms less than 48 hours before entering to UK.

Now I want to know can I bring my dog to UK in end of this month or not. Anybody knows anything about “six months rules”? Is it for EU as well or it’s just for Non-EU countries?
