Dog Tapeworm Treatment

What are proglottids? Is that tapeworm, my dog has it??

Any1 with info on tapeworm? I believe thats what our 3 month old pup has. He had BM this morning, and they will flat but quite bigger than rice, and my husband wasnt sure if they were moving when the feces came out or not. By the time I went out to look, they were not moving.

Anyone had experience with this? He isnt infested with fleas, he has been treated with Frontline as soon as we brought him home.
Is that what proglottids are anyway is tapeworm?
Can my family get it from him? And what are the treatments? The Vet said just med and another application of frontline.
