Dog Shock Trainer
I need an AWESOME dog trainer (Near Vancouver, BC – Canada)?
I need a trainer hardcore – I have a dog I swear can’t be trained, I’ve tried everything. I have 2 other dogs who are really good but mostly when they’re not around the bad one.
So I need a REALLY GOOD TRAINER!
I would prefer positive methods and absolutely don’t want anyone that uses shock collars to train. That’s not training that’s abuse.
Can you recommend anyone from PERSONAL experience?
P.S Has anyone used Bark Busters? They’re super expensive and I’ve only heard of one person training with them but she said it worked… I only want to put out that kind of money though if it’s going to be worth it.

Walking Lady is right – Bark Busters is to be avoided. My boyfriend’s family used them for their new puppy and they were absolutely useless and ended up scaring the hell out of their older dog.
I don’t live in Vancouver, but I do know of a show called At the End of My Leash, hosted by Brad Pattison, and I like his training methods – not lovey-dovey, using treats as incentive, but definitely not harsh, either.
