Dog Patch

How can I get my dog to use Potty Patch?

My dog is an older dog, a Chihuahua, but she hates to stand on the device, let alone feels comfortable to use it, I would appreciate any advice, i can only find information on teaching puppies that does not help with her.
Outdoors is not an option, I need to make due with what i have available.

first you have to get her comfortable getting on the thing … i would use a treat and lead her with her nose onto and off the patch and give the treat … work it up so the dog is not freaked getting on or sitting on the patch … and finally you need to wipe up some of the dogs urine with paper towels and rub over the potty patch … that will usually get them to use it … good luck …
