Hi I need help, quick. Trapped.?

Hello, this might sound crazy but about 30 minutes ago my boyfriend broke up with me and i was devastated and I was basically having a panic attack and i decided to get into my dogs cage. It is quite small and I haven’t figured out how to open it yet so at the moment I am trapped… My dog keeps barking at me and i am getting hungry. My mom or sister in law aren’t answering their pagers or Mobile answering devices and I would rather not call the fire department because i am not wearing any clothing.. Please attach a video on how to escape or some advice about this. Thanks. Respond. Get me out.
