Do you think there would be an interest in an Indoor Dog park in New York?

I would LOVE to open an indoor dog park in Upstate New York. As the winters get cold, there are fewer outdoor places where dogs can do release energy and exercise. Is this something people may pay a small fee to go to? What would you look for in an indoor dog park?

I think you would need to turn this into more than just a dog park. There are a number of indoor facilities in Upstate NY that offer various doggy services. Combining them can make it possible to create a business. Services might include doggy day care, grooming, pet shop, alternative medicine, Dog Supply sales, training classes. If you have a lot of money to build a facility, it could be big enough to allow for agility trials, obedience trials conformation or other events, which can definitely bring in some money but require a sizable facility with lots of parking, food preparation area, and nearby hotels.
