What services do you enjoy/would like to see at your pet boarding/grooming facility?

I work for a kennel and would like to get some feedback on what clients to boarding/grooming facilities would like to see, or have enjoyed at their current groom shop. What products would you like to see more of? Services? We cater to all breeds and many pet types, but mainly Dogs and Cats. Just looking to expand our services and think add-ons are a great idea!

Doggy daycare has been very popular at our facility. We also have kitty cuddle time for the cats. We offer a spa day which encompasses grooming, massage, and day boarding. Many of our clients make a standing appointment for spa days. We are thinking of offering in House Training for the basics in obedience. However we are having a hard time finding qualified staff to work it.
