Dog Eye Treatment

My dog recently developed a red bubled under her eye. I have no clue what it is any one know?

My dog and cat were recently horsing around, and my cat doesnt go easy. I noticed a couple days later my dog had a red bubble under her eye, almost looking like a pimple that needed to be popped. Can dogs get pimples? or could this be something else? I have heard of doggie bumps, but have no clue what they are? Any help would be appreciated, if possible some treatment ideas. If it helps she is a full breed Golden Retriever.Thanks all
