How will i know when my dog’s had enough exercise without over working her?

my dog is a little over weight and ive started taking her running but ive heard that if u exercise a dog too much it can kill them!!! how will i know if my bitch has had enough because im worried because she is a staffordshire Bull Terrier that she wont give up even if she is really tired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try bringing some water and a bowl for her when you run.

When she starts to lag behind or pant differently, then you should probably let her rest.
