can a dog recover from parvo and not have it again? if so, can it play with other pets after recovery?

My dog was diagnosed with parvo (she was vomiting, had diarrhea, was weak, no appetite…etc) .
The Vet told me that she had to be on treatment, and since I did not have the money, I wanted to care for her myself. Well without any treatment, she was already playing after 6 days, had no diarrhea, no vomiting; however I still keep her away from my other dog until i am sure they can play together

Your entire house is a parvo haven. Have you disinfected with bleach water or an antiviral solution, like odo ban? Your clothes, shoes, floors, walls, beds, furniture, outside…EVERYWHERE? If not, your dog can get it again for a period of time after recovery. What age is your other dog? If they’re both young, that dog can get it also. However, I have a feeling your dog recovering without any treatment means your dog didn’t have parvo.
