what is diagnosis for my dog’s swelling in his rear right leg?

a Rhodesian Ridgeback, male, 10.5 years old, previous mast cell tumors, surgery to remove tumors three times, but not in the last four years; otherwise perfectly healthy, eats huge amounts, does not exhibit any pain when the swelled area is touched or massaged, the recent blood test was unremarkable, and a needle biopsy indicated a lipoma–yet, the swelling persists; he shows a very slight and often imperceptible limp on occasion, but mostly does not favor the leg in any way; in fact, he will lift his left leg to urinate while putting all of his weight on his right swollen rear leg; any ideas??

Take the dog to another Vet if you do not trust the one you have now.

No one on here can diagnose a dog they have not seen and especially when none of us are Vets.
