my dog is being sick this morning he was shaking violently before he was sick his sick was watery and yellow?

woke up my dog came whining into my room and then he started shaking so then I put him up on my bed to see if that would help it didn’t so I gave him water put his collar off and then he was sick it was very watery and yellow

The yellow, watery stuff was bile-when this happens in the morning, an empty stomach usually is the cause, as the previous poster mentioned. Sometimes food makes a difference, too. MANY people have this problem with Nutro foods (I did, too). Consider a food upgrade if this continues (If your dog has a sensitive stomach, I recommend trying California Naturals). I wouldn’t worry yet, unless the vomiting continues-most likely it won’t. If the vomiting continues throughout the day or becomes severe, you should contact a Vet, but I’m sure he’ll be fine after a little food. In the future, try to get some food in him before bedtime-that could help.
