HI, we have a 7 1/2 month old male staff and he is huge lol little puppy fat but not overweight he was 15.5kg at 6months..getting to the point we are wanting to get him a new collar as the one he has now is too thin and as he is growin up he is become stronger and the leather is wearing away and he is on the 2nd to last hole. we are thinking of ordered off this site http://www.aecollars.co.uk/ where did you get your dogs from? The more rivets in the leather, the weaker it becomes. Avoid the jazzy leads and collars, go for a good quality leather plain and if possible, a hand stitched one. It will cost you more but as with my leads and harnesses, will last for many years. My equipment is now 40 years old and in perfect condition.
