My dog has a big baseball sized red spot on his skin, can you help?

10 minutes ago I realized my dog has a really big red spot, little smaller than a baseball on his upper chest area. Can you identify what this is? Is it normal? Should I see a Vet?
He seems perfectly fine, hyper and fast, but I just would like to know about this.

Sounds like he has ringworm. Take him to a vet to get anti-fungal medication.
