Can I get the dog removed from the premesis?

I am highly allergic to a dog that my parents recently adopted. I have had severe allergies to the dogs since birth. I break out in red hives around my mouth and arms when he is near me. He is an Indoor Dog. I have asked my parents multiple times to put him outside, but they never listen.

If it is that severe and they refuse to remove the dog it sounds like neglect. Tell them you are going to report them to a teacher and see what happens.
