Is diarrhea normal after worm prevention treatment?

This morning at 8 am I gave my dog a prevention treatment ‘Advantage Multi’. (prescribed by my Vet). A little after my dog had a soft stool wrapped up in mucus…then he’s been having frequent liquid bowel movements. Is this a normal reaction ?
