Well I thought I trained my dog to go out side, she poops out side but she is still peeing on the rug I just?

had my rugs cleaned, and they were sprayed with some dog deterrent. does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop this?

When she’s good reward her (by giving her a treat or something she likes) when she’s bad don’t. When my cat is doing things he’s not supposed to i spray him with a bit of water, so he knows not to do it again.
