What are the small Winnie The Pooh plastic, small, bears with a costume?

Me and my friends have these really small Pooh bears on a string, that you can put on your phone or something as a small Key Chain. Their maybe an inch and a half long, and they come in cool costumes, like a clown and a seal and a palm tree, ect. If anyone knows what I am talking about, please tell what they are call and where to buy them. Thanks!

You can usually find them in vending machines, something like gumball machines. They’re enclosed in a plastic capsule and they’re usually about $1 or $2. On the front of the machine you’ll see a picture of all the available types and you’ll usually see some sitting on top. The trick is, since the capsule falling out is random, if you’re looking for a particular one, you need to keep buying. If you’re looking for a set, you’ll probably find you get doubles, or more, of most before you get that final piece.
