i have a german sheperd she is about one year old and she is very hyper she always jumps on me, playfully tries to bite me i know she is happy to see me and i have been trying to train her but she just refuses to listen to me i have tried to walk her but she is just to out of control

i don’t want to take her to obedience classes or use a choke chain or shock collar
the reason i don’t want to take my dog to obedience school is because I CAN NOT afford it and i don’t have the time
