Do bark no shock control collars work, or are they a scam?
I have used them and they do work. However they only work if the dog is wearing them all the time. I used one on a constant barker, she would not bark when the collar was on(I left it on for a long time, a few months), but as soon as she figured out it was off(or out of batteries)she started barking again.
