Control Dog Shock

I need to get my dog under control. He lunges and tries to attack a few small dogs in my building.?

He tries to attack certain dogs in my lobby and in front of my apartment building. If he sees certain dogs he goes insane like he wants to kill them and I can hardly hold him back. On the other hand he is extremely submissive and playful and goes to day camp 3 times a week and plays with 30 other dogs. I am gettiing fed up and he is going to get me thrown out of my building. I need a quick fix as I have had trainers try before. I was thinking of shock collar, any ideas?
He already has a pinch collar on. Hes also about 80 Pounds and a bit scary looking when he gets out of control

I do recommend a shock collard, I hired a Trainer From the Sit Means Sit Company and they are great most of their training involves a shock collard while a bit expencive ($700) it made all the difference in the word to me and my dog, I guess you can try and get the shock collard and try and train on your own, my dog is leash free!!! any way if you have any questions you can ask me!
