Control Birdhouse

Has anyone tried the birdhouse bark controllers?

I’ve seen them advertised for $50 to $70, and they are supposed to help control barking dogs including your neighbor’s dogs. We have two dogs and in the surrounding yards there are a total of 5 other dogs. When they all start barking at each other, it just ruins the pleasantness of being outdoors. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
