What toy dog is best compatible with a Shih Tzu?

I have a female shih tzu, and I want a companion for her. I’m looking into getting another female dog to avoid pregnancies.. I know that having two females may cause them to fight over attention but I want a breed that won’t cause other feuds. I don’t want to get a dog that will completely clash so I wanted to know which breeds were best compatible

you’re right that two females may fight. mine would, if i didn’t supervise them so closely. i can never leave my two females alone, i have to crate them seperately or put them in different kennel runs.
(they call them bltches for a reason, LOL!)

i’d suggest just getting a neutered male. it doesn’t cost a lot to have a male neutered, and vets will do them very young.
