Do You Think It’s Weird To Have a “Boy” Color Collar On a Female Dog?
I have a black female labrador and she has a light Blue Nylon collar with a deep baby blue aluminum dog tag on it. Do you think that’s strange, or is that fine?
Should I go with purple instead?
Blue is ok. I don’t think it really matters for a girl. The only color I wouldn’t use for a girl is camoflauge. But if you use that, its fine too. I think the only time collar color matters is if you put a pink collar on a boy dog. lolz I did that once, but I wasn’t going to leave it on him. I was just doing it so I could size it for another dog that wouldn’t sit still long enough to put it on and size it. My poor male dog looked at me like I was nuts. He wouldn’t sit still either when he saw I was putting a pink collar on him.
