Where to find abnormally large dog collors that i can design?

I have a very large German Shepard with a 27 inch neck, i want to order him a nice collar online that i could maybe design but i cant find anything. So i was hopping if someone knows of a site that they could refer it to me.

If you are willing to pay a pretty penny, then check out some leather shops. You should be able to pick a design or bring your own and they can usually sew the design into the collar. I don’t know of any sites but I have a friend who had this done for her dog.
