My cat whom I have named Selene for Moon, two questions please.?

Hello I have already posted a question about the cat being attached to my brother who has given her over without a single question (Doesn’t want her) She is to be my familiar, I already love to talk to her, but her area is my brothers room (I will be getting it and have to clean it as to all the….smoke….he had in the room. Icky.
At any rate, I was wondering if anyone on the Wicca society could give me information for these two things.
I want a cat collar with a crescent moon because her name is Selene, which means moon. I love her so and also want to know if there’s a way to get a charm for the crescent moon please.
So…I guess three questions pardon me, are there rituals for me to do so I am able to get closer to her? When my brother leaves it shall be easier because I shall be able to be in her area of the house…Note I say HER area, lol I am simply her room mate.
