Are there weighted clothes like this?

Are there any weighted clothing that I can wear in everyday activities, such as just walking to school, or playing sports, etc, but won’t make me look awkward? I think it’d be awkward if people saw me walk into school wearing a weight vest. Clothes like the ones that Goku wears in Dragon Ball?
If they don’t exist, are there any equipment that restrain muscle movement, and makes it so I have to strain in just holding my arm up? Like some sort of flex or spring restraint. Do they exist? If so where can I find them?

There are weighted vests you can wear, but they are a little bit noticeable. It’ll look like a bullet proof vest.

I don’t think anything exists like you’ve mentioned, that is very “slim”
