Do people who work in Urban Outfit. or American Apparel get clothes for free ?

or they are supposed to purchase it themselves?

One of my friends just got a job at Urban Outfitters and they don’t get given money, just a discount. Another one of my friends has been working at American Apparel for about a month and she said she got £300 (I think that was the amount) to buy clothes for starting out, and every six months, she’ll got £150 to spend there, but it makes sense because you have to wear AA head to toe if you work there, whereas other shops are a bit more lenient and just want you to dress in that shops “style”.
