How can I learn to sharpen clipper blades?

I have been trying to find out how to learn to sharpen clipper blades. I have looked on the Oster and Andis websites, but I don’t find any information. How do you get certified?

I’m not sure if Spyderco sharpening sets specifically talk about nail clippers, but I do know they have instructions on how to sharpen all sorts of things. You could probably give them a call and they could at least let you know if that’s something they have instruction on. At least at a veterinary clinic we had one of these. Generally I’d have to order new grit about every six months, but we also sharpened most all the blades in that region of Kansas, including barber shops. If there is a certification that you’re supposed to have, I’m not aware of it or it fell under one of my other certs.
